What a great question! I happen to know the answer to that question!...What?... Ohhhh! You want me to tell you!

Well first I wanna say the reason I know how to heal myself is because I tried a bunch of things that didn’t work, until I finally learned what does. Along that learning curve, I learned the reason why so many people are having such a hard time healing is because our conditioning has us looking for healing in ways that are completely opposite to what actually works!

You see, most of us try healing ourselves with the help of doctors and therapists or energy workers and all types of medicines, both natural and Western, even diets and nutrition... all of which are VALID modalities for healing, but not always the most effective and is often a long hard road and doesn’t necessarily show us how to SUSTAIN healing. The reason why is because these are all OUTSIDE-IN approaches to healing.

The most effective approach to healing is an INSIDE-OUT approach since the parts of us that want to be healed are buried deep underneath the other layer of our physical body and even under our mental thinking mind. It’s blocked energy, accumulated from this lifetime and from previous ones, passed on in our cellular DNA.

So now that you know that the real healing comes from our internal work, you’re ALMOST ready to hear specifically the keys to accessing this inner healing. As you well know, in our unhealed state, our THOUGHTS tend to run wild, often pushing away our unwanted feelings, which is EXACTLY what we are healing. So in order to skillfully heal ourselves and sustain our healing..drum roll please...we must first TAME OUR MINDS...then...(this next key can only be achieved after taming our minds though)...we must become the MASTER of OUR EMOTIONS. (By the way, this doesn’t mean becoming a master of IGNORING our emotions! Quite the opposite! We must learn how to LOVE and ACCEPT whatever arises here now.)

Here’s the thing...knowing that you must tame your mind and become the master of your emotions is NOT ENOUGH information to heal yourself. Learning how to do that requires a strategy... one that works. It’s a process... not particularly hard, but a process nonetheless. And that’s exactly what I’m teaching my clients!
